Business Continuity Plan (BCP)

Shield data inherently has extremely high availability.

Shield data remains on all devices regardless of connectivity.
If a user cannot access Shield on the Web App, it will still be available and should be accessed on their mobile device.
If a user’s own device is not operational or shield is not working, then data can and should be accessed on a colleague’s device.

If Shield is completely unavailable and somehow all devices with Shield are locked out, then the following are links to the Shield Content. These documents are updated after any significant changes in content.

These documents are uncontrolled offline versions of the Shield data. As such they should never be reproduced or used other than in the above described extremely unlikely event.
